AIML Governance LLC is a boutique AI governance consulting firm providing strategic implementation services to enterprise organizations. Our Services include:

  • AI governance framework design and implementation consulting
  • NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) alignment assessments
  • AI review board structure and cross-functional accountability framework design
  • Governance gap assessments and advisory engagements
  • Educational content, resources, and publications related to AI governance

We also operate internal tools, including the AIMLG Content Publisher application, which connects to Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to manage our own business social media presence. This application is operated exclusively for internal business purposes and is not offered as a public product or service.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use of the Services

You may use our Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include reviewing information about our consulting services, contacting us for business inquiries, accessing educational content we publish, and engaging with us through our website or social media channels.

Our use of Meta platforms through the AIMLG Content Publisher application is subject to Meta’s Terms of Service and Platform Policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Consulting Engagements

These Terms govern general access to and use of our website and public Services. Specific consulting engagements, deliverables, fees, and scope of work are governed by separate written agreements executed between AIML Governance LLC and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. Content published by AIML Governance LLC is provided for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client or consultant-client relationship absent a separate signed agreement.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIML Governance LLC and its principals, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aimlgovernance.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to the Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIML Governance LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
