Deidra, Founder

Deidra founded AIML Governance LLC after spending over a decade leading enterprise AI programs inside Fortune 10 organizations. That experience taught her something most consultants miss: governance fails when it is designed by people who have never sat in the room where AI deployment decisions are made.

Before launching AIML Governance, Deidra contributed to AI product governance at Harvard Business School and Harvard Business Publishing as a subcontractor, building the accountability frameworks needed to deploy AI responsibly at institutional scale. She led enterprise AI program management at McKesson, structuring governance across complex, regulated healthcare operations. And she brought AI governance and program leadership to Meta, operating at the velocity and scale of one of the world’s largest technology organizations. At Carrier, she served as Vice Chair of the AI Review Board and Vice Chair of the AI Governance Committee, while leading the Fortune 500 company’s AI Center of Excellence as Program Manager.

She brings that practitioner depth to every engagement. The frameworks AIML Governance designs are built by someone who has operated inside the complexity, not studied it from the outside.
